How do you earn points?

• €1 spent = 1 point credited to your account
• Creating a customer account: 50 points free
• First purchase: 100-point bonus
• Referrals: 200 points for you and 100 points for your friend on their first order
• Product review: 20 points per approved review
• Birthday: 100 points free in your birthday month

Loyalty tiers

Bronze — 0 to 499 points

• Earn points on every purchase
• Access to exclusive member offers

Silver — 500 to 1,999 points

• All Bronze benefits
• Priority delivery
• Early access to private sales
• 5% discount on selected products

Gold — 2,000 to 4,999 points

• All Silver benefits
• Free delivery from €50 (instead of €80)
• Priority customer service
• 10% discount on selected products

Platinum — 5,000 points and above

• All Gold benefits
• Free delivery with no minimum spend
• Early access to new products
• Invitations to Afasin events
• 15% discount on selected products

How do you use your points?

Your points can be converted into a discount on your next order:

• 100 points = €1 off
• 200-point minimum to redeem points (i.e. €2 off)
• Points are valid for 24 months from the date they're earned

To use your points, select the "Use my points" option at checkout.

Frequently asked questions

Do my points expire?

Yes, points are valid for 24 months. A reminder email is sent 30 days before they expire.

Can my loyalty tier go down?

Your tier is calculated over the last 12 rolling months. If your activity is insufficient, your tier may be recalculated at the annual review.

Where can I see my points?

Check your points balance and history in your customer account, under "My loyalty programme".
